Chicken stuffed with Santaleuca Sandalwood Nuts Mix
1 Whole Chicken
Stuffing –place in a bowl
1 onion
1 Clove of Garlic
½ cup Sandalwood Nuts
1 egg
1 tbls mixed herbs – fresh preferred
1 x 500gm Sausage mince
1 Grated green or red apple
Salt & Pepper
Pinch of chilli – depending on your taste
1 tblspn tomato puree
Mix this together with spoon or your hands, then once or twice pickup the mixture and toss with force onto the bowl this makes it all stay together. Then place in the chicken and bake as normal. I rub poultry with olive oil and sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Turkey Stuffing for Special Occasions
Same as above, but also add ½ kg normal good quality mince.
Your butcher should be able to de-bone a turkey for your, if you are unable to do it yourself.
