Ingredients
1 ½ cup organic self raising flour
125gms butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 tblspn Bee Happy jarrah honey
¼ cup coconut
½ cup sultanas
1 teaspn cinnamon
½ cup sSantaleuca Sandalwood Nuts
¼ cup rolled oats
Directions
1) Cream butter and sugar, add egg and mix well, then add honey.
2) Stir in the rest of ingredients and mix well.
3) Place teaspoonfuls on greased tray, 4cm apart.
4) Bake at 160C – 325F for approx. 15 minutes or until golden. Be careful not to over cook.
5) Store in air tight container
