We are so very excited to have major Perth chef and food personality Sophie Budd, of Taste Budd Cooking Studio, backing out Roasted Sandalwood Nuts. Taste Budd’s are passionate about great food – cooking it, eating it and enjoying it with like-minded people. So no wonder she has gravitated towards our products.
Sophie has more than 20 years’ experience in working with some of the best chefs in the world and passes on her expertise in recipe’s that span the spectrum of cooking versatility from hearty rich meals, sweet treats, to raw and wholefoods, and ethnic specialities. Sophie also runs a very versatile business. Taste Budd’s offers catering to corporate and social events, provides a unique venue space, offers cooking classes, and appears at culinary events across the country.
Most of all Sophie is passionate about using and promoting food that is grown locally and used seasonally. This is why we love her! She has even devised a recipe especially for us, showcasing the best of South West ingredients.
